Ty Smith - Principal
A Principal (Founder) and Managing Partner of Exline Capital, Ty brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investing. Ty launched Exline Capital in 2015 and has invested in projects exceeding $2.4 billion in total capitalizations located in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado.
Over the course of his career, Ty has had experience in many facets of the commercial real estate industry from new construction development, historic redevelopment, public private partnerships, value-add acquisition, and stabilized acquisition projects. Ty is inherently focused on providing investment offerings that offer investors the best risk adjusted returns in the market through a diversified portfolio approach.
Ty received his Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from The University of Denver in 2008 and graduated from Texas Christian University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Communication.
