Matt McLeod - Portfolio Manager
A Portfolio Manager at Exline Capital, Matt is responsible for overseeing the asset management of our Fund and SPV Strategies as well as fund operations, including investment acquisition, performance tracking, project execution, investor relations and fund reporting.
Matt brings extensive experience in portfolio management through his background in commercial banking for 8 years, most recently as a Vice President with Amegy Bank’s Commercial Real Estate team in Fort Worth, where he was responsible for overseeing a $350 million CRE loan portfolio to highly regarded developers in the industry. Matt began his career with First Financial Bank where he worked for 5 years focusing on the credit and underwriting side of the Commercial Lending space.
A graduate of Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting, Matt and his wife reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
