Hunt Woodruff - Principal
A Principal and Managing Partner of Exline Capital, Hunt brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate acquisition, equity/debt structuring, and operational fund management to the Exline Capital team.
Hunt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and began his career at KPMG focused on institutional Private Equity Funds. After his time at KPMG, he joined Tailwind Advisors, a multi-family office, where he gained valuable exposure to middle-market investing and structures.
Prior to joining Ty as a partner at Exline Capital, Hunt led the equity, debt sourcing and operational oversight for over $200 million in middle-market direct acquisitions of industrial, multi-family value-add, multi-family development, urban infill, and land development at Fort Capital.
Hunt played baseball and graduated from Texas Christian University with BBA and Master’s in Accountancy and is a member of the C12 Group.
